Meet the winners!

The Department of Languages is extremely proud of those who participated in our Chronicle Contest. It had a huge reception and we received many entries. To get to a final decision was really hard since the creativity and level of reflection went beyond expected. However, it is necessary to pick a winner. So, here they are:

Andrés Sebastián Angarita Lizarazo

Estudiante de Comunicación Social y Periodismo

Title:
In Crisis
Observations

The ability to connect such a personal experience with the current situation we all are living in while keeping it intimate and personal, and the way the text captures the readers' attention makes of this chronicle a nice and pleasant text.

Yaniana Castro Rativa

Estudiante de Creación Literaria

Title:
Where is home?
Observations

The development of the task is well executed. There are missing some narrative elements but the Chronicle is done successfully.

David Nicolás Parra Ordoñez

Estudiante de Comunicación Social y Periodismo

Title:
A long silence that leads us to reflection, chronology of the Coronavirus in Colombia
Observations

Resembles a bit more like a journalistic article rather than a Chronicle. However the opinions and descriptions are well done.

Hooray! For those who won, and for those who did not reach the winning point, thanks a lot, the decision was really difficult to take. We are more than proud of all of you guys.
